Minutes of the November 17, 2011 Meeting
Present: Raymond Vaillancourt, Thaddeus Buczko and
William P. Goreham
Raymond Vaillancourt called the meeting to order at 5:30 P. M.
The Post Office box rent is due. One year service is $116.00.
Raymond Vaillancourt made a motion to pay $116.00 from the Administration Fund for the annual rent. The motion was seconded by William P. Goreham and voted unanimously.
The Salem Council on Aging submitted requests for medication reimbursement for Salem residents. Thaddeus Buczko made a motion to pay $1,750.32 from the Endicott Fund for these residents. The motion was seconded by Raymond Vaillancourt and voted unanimously.
The Salem Council on Aging submitted an assistance request for a battery for a scooter. This is for a disabled resident who is living on a fixed income. Thaddeus Buczko made a motion to pay $126.88 from the Endicott Fund for this expense. The motion was seconded by William P. Goreham and voted unanimously.
Thaddeus Buczko made a motion to approve the minutes of the October 12, 2011 meeting. The motion was seconded by William P. Goreham and voted unanimously.
The financial advisors from the Eastern Bank will attend our next meeting on December 8, 2011 to review the current investment strategy.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 5:50 P. M.
